Key Responsibilities

• Assist prospective and existing clients by answering questions and providing information about available coverage options
• Support clients throughout the enrollment and service process
• Maintain professional client relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up
• Participate in training programs, mentorship opportunities, and team meetings
• Manage daily activities independently while collaborating with team members and leadership

Compensation

This position offers performance-based compensation. Earnings are commission-based and may include additional bonus and incentive opportunities based on individual production and performance.
