Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will embrace our mission of Making Communities Healthier and contribute to the exceptional care provided to our patients. As a member of our nursing staff, you will handle a variety of patient care responsibilities, ensuring adherence to best practices and delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient reactions.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with the patient's care plan.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
• Participate in patient assessments and contribute to medical records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN Licensure in the state of Virginia.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
