Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of all food services during dinner at the Woodstock Inn & Resort.This dynamic leader will effectively lead the team to maintain high standards of quality in product, service delivery and elegance, as expected by a luxury resort property. Job Responsibilities: The Restaurant Manager will assist the Director of Restaurants in supervising and coordinating the activities of the resort Food & Beverage Department in collaboration with other operating departments within the resort, aiming to provide standards of quality in product and service, and elegance equal in style and manner to 4-diamond status. Job Requirements: One year’s experience in a hospitality leader position, high-end restaurant preferred. Experience in the service industry required. Candidates must possess knowledge of restaurant POS system and should be able to multi-task while being on their feet for extended periods. Capable of lifting 25 pounds. Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team. Be available on weekends and holidays as needed. Expected Pay Range: Starting $65,000 annually The pay scale shown is the range that we reasonably expect to pay. Actual compensation offered may be adjusted based on a candidate’s qualifications and/or experience.
