Their focus is on creating meaningful customer experiences while helping clients grow their customer base through professional, in-person interactions.

About the Role

As a Customer Engagement and Sales Associate, you'll represent client campaigns by engaging directly with customers at promotional events, retail locations, and other face-to-face campaign environments across Boston.

You'll become an important part of the customer journey by creating positive first impressions, understanding customer needs, explaining products or services clearly, and guiding customers through the sign-up or purchasing process where appropriate.

What You'll Be Doing

• Representing client brands professionally at live promotional campaigns and customer engagement events
• Speaking with customers face-to-face and building genuine rapport
• Learning about customer needs and recommending suitable products or services
• Providing accurate information about current campaigns and promotions
• Assisting customers through registrations, applications, or purchasing processes
• Delivering outstanding customer experiences from the first conversation through to completion
• Working closely with team leaders to achieve individual and team performance goals
• Participating in ongoing product knowledge sessions and professional development training

Earnings

Average weekly earnings of $750+, including a combination of base pay, uncapped commissions, and performance-based bonuses.
