What You’ll be Doing Ace Retail Operations: You’ll ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialled in, keeping the store running smoothly. Utilizing our company standards as a framework for success, you’ll deliver on our goal of keeping the store clean, organized, and all our famous styles easily shoppable. You make recommendations and ensure customers leave with the perfect fit. Essential Functions Other responsibilities may be performed as needed to ensure the needs of the business are met. Preferred Qualifications & Education High School Diploma/GED Build constructive and effective relationships within the store Communicate positively with associates at all levels Exercise independent judgement and discretion, partnering with the Sales Manager as needed Strong knowledge of general retail practices and procedures Work effectively within a team Work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours Physical Requirements and/or Environment Lift up to 40 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height with safety techniques. Meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling and repetitive lifting. Be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
