We are seeking a high-volume Data Entry / General Labor Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing UPS WorldShip documents and ensuring all data is entered accurately, securely, and efficiently. A strong understanding of data confidentiality principles is required, as the company relies on maintaining precise and protected information within a digital database.
Schedule: Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr.
Responsibilities
- Print, organize, and prepare orders for warehouse pickers
- Assist with packaging light and small items as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse office area
- Process UPS WorldShip shipments, including printing labels and locating tracking numbers
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into company systems
- Support additional warehouse-related tasks as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ year of proven experience in a data entry or similar clerical role
- Fast and accurate typing skills; touch typing preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer hardware
- Basic understanding of databases and data management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
