About the Job:
Manage on and off-site events for busy catering company.
- Catering-specific serving experience required.
- Event management experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- A food handler card required.
- OLCC Certification required.
- Valid Drivers License required (with clean driving record).
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
Job Details:
- Responsible for loading, transporting, setting up and executing events for 20-300 people alone or with a team of servers.
- Onsite lead - organize and delegate tasks based on schedule, venue and specific event needs.
- Responsible for communicating with clients on-site to execute events according to their needs and specifications.
- Maintain clean and organized equipment and storage areas.
- Maintain clean and organized venue.
- Keep inventory of non-food items.
