CNC Lathe Setup Machinist | Weekly Pay | $28–$35/hr

What You Will Do

• Perform complete setups and run CNC Hyper Quadrex turning centers
• Produce high‑precision parts while holding tight tolerances
• Work directly with the Lathe Manager and Engineering to:
  • Troubleshoot programs
  • Improve processes
  • Solve machining issues
• Monitor tool wear and maintain consistent quality throughout runs
• Make program edits and adjust Fanuc controls as needed
• Keep accurate setup and production documentation

What You Bring

• Strong experience with CNC lathe setup and operation
• Ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments at the machine
• Experience working in precision environments
• Familiarity with Hyper Quadrex machines is a plus
• Experience with Nakamura, Miyano, or similar equipment is helpful
• Background supporting industries like aerospace, medical, military, or data storage is a bonus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fridley, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
