Field Support Engineer

Lumos is seeking a full-time IT Jr. Engineer - Support Technician to serve as the go-to problem solver for teams across locations. You will provide hands-on and remote support for PCs, printers, phones, and peripherals, manage proprietary systems, and guide the Helpdesk team. The role involves rotating on-call duty, account management, training, and involvement in IT aspects of new projects and moves.
