We’re Looking For A(n): Brand Manager Location: Hybrid (El Segundo, CA and/or Burbank/North Hollywood, CA) What You’ll Be Doing: The Brand Manager leads strategy and execution to drive growth, revenue, and customer engagement. This role manages brand initiatives, product launches, marketing campaigns, and talent relationships while ensuring consistency across all channels. The BM works cross-functionally with creative, operations, product development, CX, SEO, and sales teams to implement the brand vision effectively. Develop and execute brand strategy to drive awareness, acquisition, loyalty, and revenue growth. Lead product pipeline planning, stage-gate process, and launches; ensure products meet brand positioning, margin targets, and timelines. Serve as primary liaison for talent (veterinarians, celebrities), overseeing approvals, shoots, contracts, and communications. Approve brand creatives, copy, and production assets; maintain brand messaging, architecture, and visual identity across channels. Oversee website merchandising, promotions, and KPIs; collaborate with SEO and content teams to optimize engagement and conversions. Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research to identify opportunities, threats, and emerging trends. Lead brand calendar, projects, and meetings; coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on timelines and priorities. Support retail, PR, social, CX, and acquisition initiatives to maximize reach, brand health, and CAC performance. Strategic brand management and multi-channel campaign execution Project management and cross-functional collaboration Expertise in brand strategy, consumer behavior, and CPG marketing principles. E-commerce and website merchandising expertise Data-driven decision-making (ROI, CVR, AOV, LTV) Talent and creative approval management Ability to strengthen brand assets, messaging, and consumer engagement. Strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Required Experience: 6–8 years in brand management, digital marketing, or product marketing (CPG preferred). The base salary range is $104,000-$130,000, plus bonus potential. The posted salary range in this job posting reflects data based on California's cost of labor analysis.
