CT Technologist

Title : CT Technologist Location : Fairfield CA 94533 Compensation : $2775-$3055/Week Gross Depending on Experience Duration : 13+ Week Travel Contract Start Date: ASAP Shift/Schedule: 40hrs/wk Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Wednesday & Thursday: OFF Responsibilities Clinical Environment: The technologist will primarily cover the Emergency Room CT suite but will also manage inpatients. This is a high-volume Level 2 Trauma Center, STEMI Center, and Stroke Center. Equipment: Must be highly proficient on Philips CT Scanners, specifically the 64-slice Ingenuity and the 256-slice Brilliance. EMR / PACS: Currently using Cerner and iSite/IntelliSpace PACS. (Note: transitioning to Epic in December 2026). Volume: High-intensity workload, averaging roughly 80 CT scans per 24-hour period. Required Certifications/Licenses: Licensure : ARRT (CT), California CRT (with Fluoroscopy permit), and IV Certification are strictly required. Preferred Skills Experience Level: At least 5 years of dedicated CT experience is highly preferred. The candidate must possess the autonomy to plan combo-scans safely and manage shifts completely independently. Cross-Modality Expectation: Primarily a CT role, but the candidate must be a "team player" willing to assist across the hall in X-ray if CT volume clears up
