Automotive Service Advisor - Base + Commission - No Weekends

Location: Centralia/Rochester, Washington
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (No Weekends)
Pay Type: Base Pay + Commission
Earning Potential: Earn well over $100,000+ annually

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join a well-established independent repair shop serving the Centralia and Rochester, Washington area. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience from vehicle drop-off through delivery.
• Listen to customer concerns and clearly communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and timelines.
• Create and manage repair orders while coordinating workflow with technicians.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding repair progress and vehicle status.
• Utilize Protractor shop management software along with AutoVitals Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and CRM tools to manage repair orders and customer communication.
• Coordinate parts orders, warranty claims, and customer follow-up.
• Work closely with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure quality workmanship.
• Help customers make informed repair decisions through honest, solution-focused recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred (HUGE PLUS), open to individuals with AMAZING selling and customer service skills!
• Independent repair shop experience is REQUIRED
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Experience using shop management software and digital communication platforms.
• Experience with Protractor and AutoVitals is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a professional, customer-first approach.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay plus commission.
