Job Title: MRI Technologist Profession: MRI Tech Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2+ years License: N/A Certifications: ARRT Must-Have: Provide diagnostic MRI scans for interpretation by a radiologist. Assist the radiologist in the performance of special MRI procedures. Provide the patient care essential to MRI scan procedures. Requires minor nursing skills including IV starts and discontinuation. Description: This position involves performing MRI scans. Technologists will assist the radiologist with procedures. They must ensure optimal patient care during MRI processes. Skills in starting and discontinuing IVs are required. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Attention to detail and patient communication is essential for this role. The work environment will be a hospital setting. Technologists are expected to adhere to dress code standards. Black scrubs are required as part of the dress code.
