Workplace Services ReceptionistWe are seeking a dynamic professional and customer-focused candidate with strong interpersonal skills and background in corporate reception services of 2+ years experience to join our team as a Workplace Services Receptionist in our Port Arthur, TX office. This position will be responsible for fostering a professional and pleasant working environment by providing excellent customer service in the fields of general office services and facilities, maintenance and coordination in a corporate setting.IST Management Services is a rapidly growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) that also has an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) division and the largest American privately-owned facilities management company. Additional responsibilities include:Meet and greet all visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming mannerAnswer and screen all incoming external and internal telephone calls in order to direct them to the appropriate individuals and partiesAssist clients in facilitating the arrivals and departures of visitors by utilizing the office technology to notify clients and to obtain required visitor informationGuide visitors to appropriate conference meeting roomsBook and setup of all conference rooms requested from clients, ensuring that all components (A/V, food, room configuration, etc) are provided for the meetings.Act as primary responder to security issues by reporting them to management appropriatelyHandle other various tasks that include visitor name tag preparation, mail process, faxing, copying and additional duties as assignedQualificationsThe qualifications for the Workplace Services Receptionist is to foster a professional and pleasant working environment by providing excellent customer service in the fields of general office services and facilities, maintenance and coordination in a corporate setting.
