Prior phlebotomy experience desired.Certification and LicensurePhlebotomy Certification (PBT) or eligible for certification through an accredited organization required within 6 months of hire.Approved CPR or BLS certification required within 90 days.Skills and AbilitiesAbility to work independently and under pressureGood communication/interpretive/oral/written skillsGood analytical and mathematical skillsDemonstrates attention to detailSpecial Physical DemandsThe Special Physical Demands are considered Essential Job Functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
