Mental Health Therapist - LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT - Overview Reaching Expectations Counseling Services is seeking a compassionate, clinically skilled, and independently licensed mental health professional to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills, sound professional judgment, and experience working with diverse populations and presenting concerns. Clinicians will provide psychotherapy, conduct clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and coordinate care with other professionals when appropriate. We welcome clinicians who bring specialized areas of training, experience, or interest to the practice, including trauma, addiction, couples and family therapy, faith-based counseling, or other areas of clinical specialization. The role provides an opportunity to build upon your clinical strengths while contributing to a collaborative and client-centered practice. Schedule: Flexible; scheduling is designed to accommodate the clinician's availability and professional commitments. This is a flexible contract opportunity with the ability to develop a clinical caseload within a growing private practice. The arrangement may be particularly well suited for clinicians who are transitioning into private practice, maintaining another professional role, or seeking additional clinical flexibility. Compensation: Approximately $45-$75 per completed clinical service, depending on payer, service, experience, credentials, and other relevant factors. Individual compensation 0arrangements may be negotiated based on qualifications and clinical specialty. Benefits: Traditional employee benefits are not currently offered with this contract position. Duties Provide individual and group psychotherapy to clients presenting with a range of behavioral health concerns. Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations to inform individualized treatment planning. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate to each client's presenting concerns, treatment goals, and clinical needs. Support clients experiencing acute emotional distress through appropriate clinical assessment, stabilization, safety planning, and referral when indicated. Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare and community professionals, as appropriate, to support coordinated care and continuity of services. Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically appropriate documentation in accordance with HIPAA and applicable professional and regulatory requirements. Participate in professional development, quality improvement, and practice-based initiatives that support the continued growth of clinical practice. Provide specialized counseling services based on your clinical expertise and interests, which may include addiction, child and family, faith-based, trauma, couples and family therapy, older adults, or other areas of specialization. Qualifications & Experience Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution, with an active and unrestricted Florida clinical license appropriate to the position (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT). Experience working with diverse populations and presenting concerns is preferred, with specialized clinical experience or areas of expertise considered a plus. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and electronic clinical documentation is essential. Knowledge of CPT coding, ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes, and general behavioral health documentation and billing practices is beneficial. Experience providing outpatient mental health services is preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently are expected. #J-18808-Ljbffr
