Specifically, we are interested in lawyers who have experience in commercial real estate transactions including, but not limited to, commercial leasing, property management, landlord-tenant relations, acquisition and disposition of real properties, easements, and other agreements for shared use of real property. Lawyers should be either (i) senior associates, counsel or partners at existing firms who are ready to branch out on their own, or (ii) individuals who have their own practices and are interested in merging or collaborating with our firm. As an independent Of Counsel lawyer, you will be working with an existing experienced team of lawyers across practice areas such as tax controversy, tax planning, estate planning non-profit and trust litigation.
