What You'll Do
As a Sales Manager you'll be responsible for:
- Manage all sales activities at the hotel
- Prospect, qualify, and close group, corporate, and event business
- Lead site tours, proposals, and event detailing
- Track performance using brand-standard systems
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth event execution
What You Bring
- Marriott and/or Hilton experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and sales strategy skills
- Knowledge of Marriott and/or Hilton brand platforms (CI/TY, SalesPro, etc.)
- Organized, driven, and guest-focused
- Availability for occasional travel and flexible hours
