Role Description Oelrich Construction is seeking a dedicated Assistant Estimator to join our team in an on-site, full‑time role located in Sanford, ME. Responsibilities include supporting the estimation process by preparing cost analyses, assisting with bid preparation, and reviewing project plans and specifications. The Assistant Estimator will collaborate closely with the project managers and field teams to ensure accurate estimates and will maintain detailed records of estimates and supporting documentation. Qualifications Proficiency in Estimation Procedures, Construction Costs Analysis, and Bid Preparation Familiarity with Reading and Interpreting Technical Plans and Specifications Strong Analytical Skills and Mathematical Proficiency for Cost Breakdowns Attention to Detail and Strong Organizational Skills for Accurate Record Keeping Ability to Effectively Communicate and Collaborate with Project Teams Proficiency in Estimation Software and Standard Office Applications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Experience in the construction industry or similar field is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
