As we prepare to open our first Nashville hospital in March 2027, we're seeking a Medical Director who wants to build something meaningful from day one. As the founding Medical Director, you'll have the opportunity to:

Your leadership will directly impact the success of the hospital, the well-being of the team, and the quality of care delivered to Nashville's pet families.

As Medical Director, you will:

• Deliver comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventive care
• Lead by example in providing high-quality, evidence-based medicine
• Support, mentor, and develop associate veterinarians and support staff
• Ensure consistency in medical standards and patient care
• Partner with hospital leadership to drive growth and operational excellence
• Foster a culture of learning, accountability, and teamwork
• Build meaningful, lasting relationships with clients and the community

• 4 clinical days per week
• Only 1 Saturday every 4 weeks
