POS Support Technician I — Field & Training
United Merchant Services
United Merchant Services is looking for a Full Time Staff member in Annandale, VA. Responsibilities include providing phone support and resolving merchant and reseller issues, preparing POS hardware and software for deployment, and maintaining department equipment. The ideal candidate must demonstrate resourcefulness and problem-solving skills, have experience in POS support, and be able to work off-site occasionally.
