Crew Leader

Yellowstone Landscape is hiring a Crew Leader – Tree Care to supervise commercial tree care operations on construction and landscape projects. Lead a small crew in pruning, removals, planting, and storm clean-up while ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and customer standards. Operate and direct use of chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and related equipment. Read work orders, organize daily tasks, and communicate with supervisors and clients on job progress. Train and mentor crew members, enforce safety protocols, and complete basic paperwork. Enjoy steady, outdoor work with clear paths for advancement in landscape and tree care management.
