Litigation Paralegal - Nashville

Holtzman Vogel is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to work in its Nashville office. The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in Nashville and throughout the firm’s eight offices in all stages of litigation matters. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, assisting attorneys with administrative tasks, calendar scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other ad‑hoc requests, as needed. This position is an in‑office position. Responsibilities Legal research Assist with case management E-Discovery Deposition and trial preparation Organize and electronically file pleadings Coordinate and schedule calendars Assist attorneys with administrative matters Qualifications 3-5 years' experience as a litigation paralegal at a law firm highly preferred Paralegal certification or relevant educational background in legal studies is a plus Proficiency in legal document preparation and document review Experience with legal research, pleadings, and motions Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced legal environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in legal software (including eDiscovery platforms) and general office technology #J-18808-Ljbffr Holtzman Vogel
