Dimensional Thinking

Proven experience in Resume Sourcing, Resume Parsing, Resume Formatting, Lead Generation, and Database management.
Familiarity with the latest trends and tools in talent acquisition.
Experience in using data analytics for recruitment strategy improvement.
Strong knowledge of resume parsing tools and ATS systems.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
