Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, document in the resident’s chart, and monitor responses to therapies.
- Provide direct nursing care and assist residents with activities of daily living, including mobility, hygiene, feeding, and safety.
- Monitor residents’ vital signs, assess changes in condition, and report to the supervising registered nurse; implement care plans as directed.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record and ensure medication administration records are up to date.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, participate in care planning, and communicate resident needs and changes clearly.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized care environment; adhere to infection control procedures and safety policies.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license (state not specified)
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting is desirable
- Ability to commit to a 13-week travel assignment with guaranteed hours
- Availability for 12-hour daytime shifts on a 3x12 schedule (6:00 AM–6:30 PM)
