Job Description The Staff Pad has partnered with a well-known healthcare organization in Hamilton, TX to find Human Resources Clerk to play a key role in creating a positive employee experience through onboarding, education management, and HR administration. What You'll Do Key Responsibilities Coordinate monthly new hire orientation, including scheduling,organizing refreshments, materials, and presentations Manage employee training and Health.edu education requirements Assign courses to employees, monitor progress, and report compliancestatus Partner with leadership to review and update training programs Process employee changes, including transfers, promotions, statuschanges, terminations, name changes, and salary adjustments Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation What We Are Looking For Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Previous receptionist experience preferred High attention to detail and confidentiality Professional & able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems preferred What You Can Expect: Benefits: Paid Time Off & Holidays Health & Supplemental Insurance Direct Deposit Fitness Center Membership Education Reimbursement Retirement Plan If you are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting employees, we encourage you to apply.
