Personal TrainerMentor, OH 44060OverviewCategory TrainingDescriptionAs a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for helping FITWORKS members achieve their health and fitness goals. We are looking for positive team players to join our AWESOME team!Responsibilities:Scheduling and confirming client sessionsEducating and enforcing policies regarding safe and proper use of equipmentWalking the fitness floor while engaging and assisting membersSetting up member engagement and education displaysAttendance at monthly Personal Trainer staff meetingsOffering feedback and suggestions for on-going improvement and growth of the Personal Training DepartmentBenefits:Competitive hourly wage plus the opportunity to earn sales commissionFree membership to all FITWORKS locationsFull-Time employees (30+ hours/week) are eligible for the following:Medical Plan (Company sponsors 75% of premium)Free Tele-Doc servicesVoluntary Dental InsuranceCompany sponsored Life, AD&D, and Long-Term DisabilityVoluntary Life InsuranceVacation and Sick TimeAdditional free membership to all FITWORKS locations for one family memberQualificationsRequirements:Current Personal Training Certification (National Certification preferred)Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications RequiredAbility to instruct and educate clients on basic exercise physiology and inform them of proper lifting and exercise techniquesProfessional and courteous demeanorAbility to communicate positively with potential members, current members, club guests, and all FITWORKS team membersWillingness to be trained on all FITWORKS systems and processesFamiliarity with CMS/CRM software a plusDesire to achieve set goals and metrics in a fast-paced environment
