Compensation and Benefits • Salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 based on experience and qualifications • Performance-based bonus opportunities • SIMPLE IRA with employer match up to 3% • Paid time off • CLE and professional development support • Collaborative and supportive work environment • Opportunities for long-term growth within the firm Responsibilities: • Advise clients regarding Medicaid eligibility and long-term care planning • Develop and implement Medicaid planning and asset protection strategies • Handle Medicaid applications, appeals, and related planning matters • Counsel families through crisis planning situations and long-term care decisions • Draft estate planning documents and related planning tools • Assist clients with trust administration and probate matters • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide exceptional client service • Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and education • Participate in ongoing professional development and growth opportunities Qualifications: • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Indiana • Minimum of three years of Medicaid planning experience preferred • Elder law and estate planning experience strongly preferred • Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and client relationship skills • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment • Organized, compassionate, and client-focused approach to service • Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and continuous learning Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 • Advise clients regarding Medicaid eligibility and long-term care planning • Develop and implement Medicaid planning and asset protection strategies • Handle Medicaid applications, appeals, and related planning matters • Counsel families through crisis planning situations and long-term care decisions • Draft estate planning documents and related planning tools • Assist clients with trust administration and probate matters • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide exceptional client service • Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and education • Participate in ongoing professional development and growth opportunities Compensation: $110,000-$130,000 per year
