️ Production Manager – Structural Steel & Miscellaneous Metals

Location: Andover, Massachusetts

Compensation: $100,000–$130,000

About the Role

This role oversees production across two fabrication facilities, ensuring structural steel and miscellaneous metal work moves efficiently through the shop. The Production Manager will lead foremen, coordinate with project management, and maintain strong organisation and accountability on the shop floor.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily production across both fabrication facilities
• Lead and manage shop foremen and production teams
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers to align shop output with project schedules
• Maintain organisation and production flow across welding, fabrication, and load-out
• Spend significant time on the shop floor driving productivity and resolving issues
• Work with shipping teams to ensure steel is prepared and delivered on schedule
• Help maintain clear communication between project teams and shop operations

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in production leadership in structural steel or heavy fabrication
• Strong understanding of welding, fabrication processes, and shop workflow
• Experience supervising foremen, supervisors, or fabrication teams
• Comfortable working primarily on the shop floor rather than in an office
• Ability to manage production flow and keep work moving efficiently
