If you're looking to grow your career within an extremely reputable, stable Fortune 100 company - let's talk!Position OverviewThe Senior IT Program Manager will work within an Application Program Management team, leading project teams to build software solutions that integrate common services across a large enterprise application portfolio and other enterprise systems used by customers and dealers. This role is critical to ensuring that application integrations with various digital platform capabilities are built using the latest technologies, industry-leading architecture patterns, and security best practices to drive successful adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn successful, on-time, on-budget, and error-free completion of assigned projects and programs.Manage the planning and execution of project team members across multiple, cross-functional initiatives.Manage project charters, communications, metrics, reporting, and the overall project plan and budget.Support project teams and gather/provide information from concept through prototype, pilot, implementation, and follow-up stages.Develop and maintain project management schedules using professional tools and techniques, including tracking charts, checklists, and scheduling software.Lead change management efforts and drive timely, effective decision-making.Maintain detailed schedules reflecting changes, affected components and functions, timelines, and cost impacts.Partner with team members across multiple functional disciplines and business stakeholders to establish and meet completion dates.Monitor project progress, proactively communicate issues to affected areas, and ensure appropriate personnel are informed.Recommend solutions and alternatives to resolve project risks and roadblocks.Lead end-to-end program management across a cross-functional matrix organization, guiding teams through the creation of project charters, scope alignment, and ways of working.Team & Work EnvironmentThis role manages 2-3 projects at a time, with an annual volume of approximately 8-10 projects depending on Agile sprint frequency, and works with a moderately-to-highly complex portfolio. The team includes stakeholders based in the U.S. as well as engineering teams located across the U.S., India, and Slovakia. The Senior IT Program Manager will collaborate closely with engineering and technical product owners on each project.
