VDC Manager

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking VDC Manager to lead digital construction initiatives and drive innovation across projects. This role will oversee BIM/VDC processes from preconstruction through project delivery, ensuring coordination, efficiency, and accuracy across all phases of construction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all VDC/BIM efforts across multiple projectsDevelop and implement VDC strategies, standards, and workflowsOversee 3D modeling, clash detection, coordination, and constructability reviewsCollaborate with project managers, superintendents, architects, engineers, and subcontractorsManage coordination meetings and ensure timely resolution of design conflictsSupport preconstruction teams with visualization, logistics planning, and sequencing (4D)Drive adoption of VDC technologies and best practices across project teamsOversee model quality, data integrity, and adherence to project requirementsTrain and mentor VDC engineers and project staffIntegrate VDC processes into scheduling, estimating, and field operationsSupport field teams with layout, prefabrication, and digital construction toolsQualifications7-12+ years of experience in VDC, BIM, or construction coordinationProven experience managing VDC efforts on large-scale commercial, healthcare, or complex projectsStrong knowledge of BIM processes, clash detection, and coordination workflowsProficiency in tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and related platformsExperience with 4D scheduling, 5D estimating, and model-based workflows preferredStrong understanding of construction methods and project delivery processesDemonstrated leadership and team management experienceExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary + performance-based bonusesComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision)401(k) with company matchFlexible work environment and technology-forward culturePaid time off and holidaysOpportunity to lead innovation and digital transformation effortsHigh-impact role collaborating with cross-functional teams on complex projectsBenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
