• 24 hour call coverage
• 7am - 7am shifts
• Call ratio 3:1
• 1 - 5 patients per shift
• Call includes phone consults and in-person visits
• 30 minute call response time required
• Nursery level I and II coverage required
• ER consults included
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
