Academic Leadership & Mentorship: Drive clinical excellence by teaching and mentoring within a premier, ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program at a pivotal expansion phasegrowing from 19 to 39 residents by 2027. Team Structure: Join a dedicated team of 7 Core Faculty Physicians within a robust clinical campus serving two medical schools. Clinical Excellence: Optimize patient outcomes through high-complexity perioperative care and geriatric consults within a specialized Resident-Faculty Practice (RFP). Integrated Care Delivery: Enhance patient access through a large, multi-specialty medical group supported by the national resources of the largest U.S. Catholic health system. Practice Setting: Outpatient / Academic Compliance & Professionalism: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine and eligible for Indiana state medical licensure (practicing in a recognized tort-reform state). Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required. What additional preferences you'll need Academic Passion: A primary interest in teaching is required, as this role is dedicated to resident education.
