Customer Project Manager, Imaging Systems/Construction (Southern Oregon) Lead the successful delivery of customer installation projects across the San Francisco Bay Area region, ensuring a seamless experience through expert coordination, technical know-how, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end project execution for complex installation tasks, ensuring deliverables meet customer expectations for quality, budget, and timeline. Collaborate closely with customers, construction partners, and internal Philips teams, using blueprint-reading and installation background to guide successful outcomes in the field. Develop and implement detailed project plans, coordinate cross‑functional resources, and oversee the technical integration of Philips products and systems at customer sites. Analyze project performance and risks, providing insights and solutions that drive continuous improvement and strengthen customer satisfaction. Support presales activities with technical expertise, ensuring proposed solutions are feasible, aligned with customer needs, and ready for field implementation. Qualifications At least 2+ years of experience in project management, construction, installation, or customer service—preferably in field‑based environments. Skills include reading blueprints, coordinating construction and installation projects, stakeholder communication, and technical problem solving. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or an equivalent field. Ability to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. Organized, hands‑on professional who enjoys working independently in the field, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring projects are completed with excellence across multiple sites in Oregon. Field Work This is a field role. Benefits The pay range for this position varies by location and may be between $83,363 and $157,248 per year depending on state. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long‑term incentives may be offered.
