Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury spa setting. Proficiency in various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
