Overview Sales Manager Lead with Purpose at BeemLight Sauna Briargate Location: Briargate, CO Compensation: $50,000 base salary + up to $1,500/month in incentive pay Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week with 23 Saturday mornings per month based on events What You'll Do As the Sales Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our studios operations and growth. You’ll oversee the day-to-day performance of the location while creating a warm and inspiring environment for both clients and team members. You’ll lead with a mix of data-driven focus and people-first leadership.
