Job Description\n Care Career is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Medford, Wisconsin.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Long Term Care\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: ASAP\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 40 hours per week\n Shift: 8 hours, evenings\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n LTC RN – Aspirus Medford Care & Rehab\n Medford, WI\n Position: Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care / Skilled NursingStart Date: ASAPContract: 13 weeksShift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PMWeekend: Every other weekendHoliday: Holiday rotation requiredCall: No regular on-call requirement; low-census on-call may applyRequirements\n \n Active Wisconsin RN or Compact RN License\n BLS – AHA or ARC\n 2+ years of Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience\n LTC/SNF experience required\n Experience with medication administration\n Experience caring for rehabilitation and long-term care residents\n Travelers must be willing to float between Short-Term Rehab, LTC, and CBRF\n Charting\n \n ECS experience preferred, but not required\n Facility provides ECS training\n Unit Details\n \n Unit 1: 12 short-term rehab beds + 10 CBRF residents\n Unit 2: 20 LTC beds\n Staffing: 2 nurses + 3 aides on day/PM shifts\n Additional Information\n \n Bill Rate: $81/hr\n Professional, clean, work-appropriate scrubs\n Up to 36 hours of unbillable low-census time may apply\n If placed on call due to low census, those hours count toward the 36-hour allowance\n Call-back pay applies if called back, with a minimum 2-hour call-back guarantee\n 50-mile radius rule expired as of 7/10/2026\n During flu season, travelers declining flu/COVID vaccination must wear a mask per facility policy\n \n Location: Aspirus Medford Care & Rehab, 135 S.
