As a Screener with Allied Universal at a leading technology location, you will help maintain a welcoming, controlled environment by screening individuals and items, supporting access control processes, and communicating professionally with employees and visitors. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Tue 08:00 PM - 04:00 AM Wed 08:00 PM - 04:00 AM Thur 08:00 PM - 04:00 AM Fri 08:00 PM - 04:00 AM Sat 08:00 PM - 04:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific, security-related procedures and policies at a technology location. Screen personnel, visitors, vehicles, and authorized items entering or leaving the location in accordance with established access-control procedures. Verify identification, credentials, visitor authorizations, and delivery documentation; maintain accurate screening and access records. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned entry points, screening areas, and surrounding business perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity. Minimum Requirements: Possession of a guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
