CNC Mill Operator - 3rd Shift

Pay: $20+/hour (Based on Experience)

Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday

Training will be conducted on 1st or 2nd shift for the first few weeks.

What You'll Do

• Operate Haas CNC Milling machines , including 4-axis and 5-axis equipment , to manufacture precision medical components.

• Load materials, run production jobs, inspect finished parts, and make machine adjustments as needed.

• Read and interpret blueprints to produce parts that meet strict quality standards and tight tolerances.

• Perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, and other inspection tools .

• Work with a variety of materials, including metal (75%) and plastic (25%) components.

• Maintain quality by working within tolerances of ±0.0001 inches and documenting production results.

• Assist with additional manufacturing and production tasks as needed to support team goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating CNC milling machines required.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Experience using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.

• High School Diploma or GED required (must be able to provide documentation before permanent hire).

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

• Capable of lifting 25-50 lbs frequently and exerting up to 50 lbs of force occasionally .

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LANCASTER, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
