• Shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
• Duration: Ongoing, full-time position
• Hours/Week: 40 hours/week
• Employment Type: Full-time, W-2 employee
• Licenses/Certifications: NY Medical License, Board Certified in Urology, BLS certification
• Experience: Prior outpatient & inpatient urology experience required

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $382.20, paid weekly via direct deposit

What You ll Do:

• Provide specialized outpatient urology care for adult patients (18+)
• Conduct inpatient consults, procedures, and post-op rounding as needed
• Manage approximately 20 patients daily in a Level III Trauma Center setting
• Participate in scheduled OR procedures (typically no case limit)
• Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team including nurses, practice staff, and patient representatives
• Contribute to patient education and follow-up care
• Flexibly participate in call coverage (7:00 AM 7:00 AM), based on availability and staffing needs

What You Need:

• NY Medical License in Hand
• Board Certification in Urology
• Epic EMR experience (preferred)
• Valid BLS certification
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant practice experience
• Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities
