Location: Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center – Taylorsville, NC
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Evening Shift | Every Other Weekend Required
Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Full-Time Evening Receptionist to join our team.
As one of the first points of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, our Receptionist plays an important role in creating a warm and welcoming environment while providing administrative support to the facility.
This is a full-time evening position with every-other-weekend availability required.
Responsibilities:Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage visitor sign-in and screening procedures
Sort and distribute mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
Perform filing, copying, and other clerical duties as needed
Assist residents and families with general questions
Communicate effectively with nursing, administrative, and other facility departments
Provide professional and dependable front desk coverage during evening hours
Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Dependable and able to work evenings and every other weekend
Healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience is a plus
