Warehouse LeadThe Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing the movement, organization, and distribution of merchandise throughout the warehouse and retail locations. In this role, you'll lead warehouse employees, coordinate inventory movement, assist with installations, and help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, service-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with warehouse, sales, and design teams to support daily operations, client installations, and seasonal event needs while ensuring accuracy, safety, and excellent customer service.ResponsibilitiesLead warehouse employees by assigning and overseeing daily responsibilities to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficientlyTrain and support team members as neededCoordinate product movement between locations by tracking incoming, outgoing, and transferred inventoryAssist with receiving shipments at the loading dockRestock glassware and design supplies for the design departmentMaintain warehouse inventory and communicate low stock needsHelp ensure the warehouse and design center remain clean, organized, and safeRemove trash and recycling from the design center and warehouse areasServe as a liaison between sales and designers during corporate and event installationsSupport event and holiday teams with weekend installations throughout the yearDeliver flower arrangements, gifts, and related items to customers as neededProvide excellent customer service and answer client questions regarding deliveriesAssist team members across departments as business needs requireMaintain a professional, neat, and clean appearance at all timesRequirementsStrong customer service mindset with a friendly, professional attitudeGood verbal communication and listening skillsSelf-motivated, dependable, and flexible in a fast-paced environmentAbility to remain calm and professional in challenging situationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilitiesWorks well independently and collaboratively within a teamWillingness to assist with additional tasks as neededAble to work in cooler temperatures (approx. 32°F) for extended periodsMust be able to lift 40–50 lbs regularlyPrior warehouse experience requiredSafe driving experience with cargo vans or box trucks preferredValid Texas Driver License required (CDL not required)Clean driving record that meets insurance requirements; no DUI or DWIFlexible schedule with weekend availability as neededAbility to reliably commute to Dallas, TXAbility to effectively communicate in English preferredAbility to pass a mandatory pre employment background check and drug screeningAble to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
