Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day and Mid Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year in specialty required License: Active Nursing License preferred Certifications: Basic Life Support Must-Have: - Previous charge experience - Experience with Epic charting system - Travel experience required Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse to work in the Operating Room. Position involves working a combination of day and mid shifts. Candidates are required to work weekends and on-call as per department needs. Experience in general, gynecologic, urology, robotics, neuro, spine, and orthopedic procedures is essential. Strong skills in surgical procedures such as appendectomy, cholecystectomy, and various orthopedic surgeries are preferred. Candidates must be able to scrub for surgeries and assist in various surgical settings. A minimum of one supervisory reference is required. Compliance with background and fingerprinting requirements is mandatory.
