In addition to inbound leads, you will also build business through referrals, networking, and local outreach (small portion of role).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled in-home estimate appointments across the service area
• Inspect gutters, downspouts, and gutter guard systems
• Measure, evaluate, and provide on-site pricing
• Present solutions and close sales during the appointment
• Follow up on estimates and manage your sales pipeline
• Build relationships with homeowners and referral partners
• Support local marketing and networking efforts as needed

Communication & Professional Standards

• Maintain clear and timely communication with owners, office staff, and field teams
• Represent the company with professionalism, punctuality, and integrity
• Ensure all job details (scope, materials, scheduling, billing) are clearly communicated
• Maintain positive and respectful communication with all employees and customers

Requirements

• Prior sales experience preferred (home services: gutters, roofing, solar, windows, HVAC a plus)
• Strong closing ability and confidence in in-home sales
• Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Flexible availability based on scheduled appointments
• Willingness to participate in networking and community outreach
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Compensation

• Commission: 510% of job revenue (based on experience)
• $500/week guaranteed draw (if commissions are lower)
• $150,000$250,000+ annual earning potential (top performers)
• Mileage reimbursement (IRS standard rate)
• End-of-year bonus for top producers
• No cap on earnings

Schedule

• Schedule is based on customer appointment times
• Flexibility required, including occasional evenings and weekends
