Classroom Teacher

Success4Life is hiring a teacher for the ROC Program in the Westminster, Colorado area.

We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated, and engaging educator who is interested in making a meaningful difference in the lives of adjudicated and at-risk youth. This position serves students in the ROC Program and provides structured academic instruction, support, and guidance in a small classroom setting.

The average class size is approximately 6–10 students, allowing the teacher to build strong relationships, provide individualized support, and help students make progress academically, socially, and personally.

Success4Life is a Colorado-based education and human services company that provides K–12 academic support, GED/test preparation, mentoring, youth advocacy, post-secondary support, special education services, and life skills support. We have a long history of working with at-risk and adjudicated youth throughout Colorado and beyond.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, patient, engaging, and comfortable working with youth who may have academic, behavioral, emotional, or justice-system-related challenges. This work requires structure, consistency, accountability, and a genuine belief that every young person deserves the opportunity to be successful.

Responsibilities include teaching math, language arts, science, social studies, and test preparation; developing lesson plans; supporting student academic progress; helping students build life skills and confidence; and working collaboratively with Success4Life staff and ROC Program partners.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, a teaching license or substitute teaching license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check. Experience working with at-risk or adjudicated youth is preferred.

This position is 32–40 hours per week, with starting pay between $45,000 and $50,000 per year. The position also includes scheduled paid time off and an opportunity for growth within the company.
