Through the ESOP, eligible employees earn an ownership stake in Illicit Gardens over time, allowing them to directly share in the Company's long-term success.Illicit Gardens is looking for a passionate, reliable, and cannabis-savvy Brand Ambassador to represent our award-winning products throughout New Jersey dispensaries. As a face of the brand, you'll play a key role in educating customers, building relationships with dispensary staff, and driving consumer engagement through in-store demos and events.What You'll Do:Represent Illicit Gardens at dispensaries and promotional eventsEducate consumers and budtenders about our products and brand storyBuild excitement and loyalty through furthering brand awarenessProvide insightful feedback from the field to our marketing and sales teamsEnsure proper booth setup, merchandising, and clean-up at eventsWhat You Bring:Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skillsReliable transportation and flexibility to travel across the stateComfortable working independently and engaging with diverse audiencesPrior brand ambassador or cannabis experience is preferred, but not requiredAt Illicit Gardens, we believe in honoring the plant and the people. Our brand ambassadors are core to that mission—spreading awareness while creating genuine connections.
