Tool Assistant

Contract To Hire No education required. Schedule: Day shift - 7:45 am to 5:00 pm, rotational - 14 days on, 7 days off (Monday - Sunday) looking for local candidates only. The hiring manager would like to interview and hire ASAP. Top skills/experience (highly preferred): Must be honest, reliable, and dependable Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a huge plus 1-2 years of experience working with tools (tearing down, cleaning, rebuilding) 2-5 years of experience working in a manufacturing shop or a warehouse environment 2-5 years of experience with manual labor Must demonstrate mechanical aptitude in previous roles Must be computer literate and tech savvy Candidates have stable work tenure (avoid submitting any candidates who have moved positions every few months) Punctuality is very important. We need a candidate who will show up to work on time, every day (ensure they are vetted on any attendance issues in the past) The hiring manager would like to interview and hire ASAP. Responsibilities: Wash, tear down, rebuild and test Cyclops Setting Tools according to NOV work instructions under supervision. Report all steps of the Cyclops Recycling Program using NOV software. Ensure equipment and tools are available, maintained, and ready for use. Assist with tool deliveries and pickups as needed. Maintain professionalism, honesty, and integrity at all times. Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: Downhole tool experience preferred, not required. Background in manufacturing, assembly, or shop work is a bonus. 14/7 schedule - Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed to support field operations. Proficiency with basic hand tools. Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.
