Job Title

Mandatory Required Skills: SAFe Agile Certified Scrum Master and Insurance Domain Skills

Detailed Job Description:

• Facilitate SAFe Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and SAFe-specific events such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
• Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile and SAFe best practices and principles.
• Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.
• Collaborate: Work closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, Business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on team performance, using metrics to drive improvements.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage risks, ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT, with at least 4 years as a Scrum Master.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the insurance industry and related processes.
• Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is required. SAFe certifications (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master) are highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Rally) and software development practices.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience working in a scaled Agile environment, particularly with SAFe.
• Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
