Mid-Level Labor and Employment Associate

Position Overview Dinsmore is hiring a mid-level labor and employment associate in Louisville, Kentucky. The role involves litigation defense and advising employers on compliance with employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour issues. Responsibilities No deposition, motion, or trial preparation experience required but preferred. Handle all aspects of complex employment cases for regional and national clients. Significant client contact. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in labor and employment law. Strong academic background, excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills. Licensed to practice in Kentucky; out-of-state candidates may sit for the bar or be eligible for admission in Kentucky.
