We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in food manufacturing to join our team in a supervisory role. The ideal candidate will have a combination of education and experience in the food industry, with proven leadership and organizational skills. Responsibilities Primarily responsible to provide excellent support to the Plant Manager and excellent customer service to all associates and visitors. The Production Supervisor will oversee supervisory management within the production areas and ensure that all assigned tasks are delivered on time, according to production specifications while complying with all applicable regulations and company standards, including OSHA, AIB, and Café Valley Bakery standards.
